NOTE: Do not use this form if you've already faxed, emailed or mailed a press release to our calendar department.

The information you enter below will not be automatically published. To verify authenticity and format the information for print, the following steps will take place:

  1. Enter your information as accurately as possible. Do not type in ALL CAPS!
  2. An email containing a codeword will be sent to the email address you submit in the "Contact Email" field during the last step.
  3. Type or paste this codeword into the textbox on the page displayed after you submit this form.
  4. Your information will be put into a review queue. It normally takes 3-5 business days to process submissions.
  5. City Paper will contact you if we need to clarify something; otherwise please be patient.
  6. If your event meets our criteria, information will be published online and in the print paper if you submit your info at least two weeks before the Wednesday preceeding your event.

If you would like us to consider your event for a highlight or critic's pick, please email your press release and a high-resolution photo (if you have one) to the calendar editor.

A one or two sentence description of the event. This must be very concise as it will appear in the print edition of the City Paper. This description will also be available on the website. (Subject to editing by staff)
